What Sets Mini Photo Sessions Apart?


Mini photo sessions offer a condensed version of a traditional photo shoot. They typically last between 15 to 30 minutes, focusing on capturing a handful of stunning shots within a limited timeframe. Unlike standard sessions, which may involve multiple locations, outfit changes, and extended shooting times, mini sessions are streamlined for efficiency while still delivering beautiful results.

In today's fast-paced society, time is a precious commodity. Being a photographer myself, I miss photos with my mom that showcase our bond. I have lot of the iPhone photos with her grandkids along with chaos of day to day life, very few capturing the quiet moments of being together, nestling in the bond of love.

What is a mini session?

Mini sessions are short and sweet photography sessions designed to capture beautiful moments in a relaxed and fun environment.

How long does a mini session last?

Based on photographer, a mini session lasts for about 15-30 minutes.

What should we wear?

It's best to wear comfortable clothes that reflect your personality. If photographer is offering a curated setup, get their assistance in styling. Considering the shorter time, there are no outfit changes.

Can we bring props?

Absolutely! Props can infuse your photos with personality and charm. It's wise to discuss your ideas with your photographer beforehand to ensure a cohesive vision and to determine what will complement the location or backdrop setup.

How many photos will we get?

It varies based on photographers, from 5-15. I offer 10 edited images and option to buy more or upgrade to all.

What if my child is shy or nervous?

No worries at all! As a seasoned children's photographer, I have plenty of tricks up my sleeve to make everyone feel comfortable and enjoy the session. After booking, I'll send you a questionnaire to learn more about your family, which guides me in tailoring the session to your unique dynamics."

While mini sessions are often arranged for families, they're perfect for capturing moments with just your kids, a shoot with your partner, friends, grandparents, your beloved pet, or even for a solo session. It's all about celebrating your special moments with the ones you love most.

Is there a limit on number of people?

Typically, mini sessions are best suited for groups of up to 4 people. Larger groups may require additional coordination and setup time to ensure each member is captured beautifully within our limited 20-minute timeframe. It's recommended to communicate your specific requirements with your photographer to ensure the best outcome.
